This video was was discussed briefly today on MSNBC. In the video, starting at the 59th minute until the 1:04 mark Rand Paul discusses his  views and visions of how he would like to see the civil rights act used both federally and in local states.

All that? I was hoping for some good dirt. It sounds pretty much like the standard libertarian perspective on economic freedoms. I think Conway needs to find something better. I think in the end that will come back to haunt Conway as a witchhunter.

Anticipation – good point. Conway said Paul wants to “repeal” the Civil Rights Act. That’s a flat out lie that Paul has never said, and Paul will hammer him for it, the way he hammered Grayson.
