The temptation of the S7 and S7 edge

To be frank, I’m an Apple fan myself. That is until Samsung put temptation on the table.

Samsung S7 EdgeI have abstained from anything android for years, specifically Samsung Galaxy S series. To me they were grotesque. Not to mention they were all plastic and square shaped.

Now Samsung has released a phone that even its biggest cynic could not refuse. They have brought forth a phone to tempt all skeptics.

The release of the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge feature an elegant design, a clever construction and carries features that most smartphone lovers long for.

Okay so these specifications are a bunch of globs. You can see up above that the minute difference between the phones is the feature of 5.5 inch screen and a 3600mAh battery on the S7 edge.

The views of the S7 and S7 edge are pretty similar to their predecessor the S6. The similarities are so close that at first peek one would find it difficult to tell the series apart as they share a comparable design accent.

However, Samsung took a different route this year. They didn’t just invent a whole new sequel. They rather simply just redefined the S6 series.

What is the big deal you ask?

The differences are apparent when you lay your hands on the new S7 or S7 edge. No more graceless camera bulge, no more kooky flat back. Now you get a sleek camera and an elegant metal back that smoothly curves to meet the aluminum body. This finish can precisely fill one’s hand.

Trust me when I say that the larger size is not a concern. The increased thickness of the S7 still makes it easier to pick it up off a table and appears to be easier to hold for a long period of time.

So is the colossal price worth it?

The Galaxy S7 and S7 edge are both water and dust resistant. Genius I say. No more bulky cases required. You can have a shower with your phone.

What’s more astonishing is that both phones are also composed of slots to support microSD cards that can foot an additional 200GB of extra storage space.

Rumor is the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge will be released in Mid March. They are available for pre-order now for a chock full price of approximately $700. Coming from an android cynic, I think the price is worth it!
